If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 5 business days of receiving it. Item must be returned in the condition it was shipped. When item is received, cost minus shipping cost will be refunded.

Custom-made and Personalized items are not subject to refund or return.

Packages are shipped through USPS and will arrive in approximately 3-9 business from shipped date.

Please make sure that shipping information is correct.

Upon shipping, if item is damaged or lost, please file a claim with the carrier.

Due to the harsh elements of the weather, display your wreath in covered areas for lasting appearance.

Wreath  materials such as bows, flowers, embellishments may have settled during shipping; fluff and/ or adjust as needed.
